Two youths from Yishuv Yakir in Shomron were driving around on their ATV on Monday morning, 11 Iyar 5774. They encountered a group of Arabs which they described being in their 30s. The Arabs surrounded them and took their ATV. Fortunately for the two, their vehicle was set ablaze and nothing more, escaping with their lives.

The two told officials that while they were armed with handguns, their preferred not to use them, fearing the situation would have escalated. Police took the victim’s statements.
