VIDEO: Far Rockaway Shomrim (RCSP) Help Catch Cleaning Lady Stealing Jewelry From Multiple Homes

rcsp[VIDEO IN EXTENDED ARTICLE]

Last week the Rockaway Citizens Safety Patrol (RCSP) received a hotline call about a cleaning lady that was suspected of stealing expensive jewelry from multiple homes. The RCSP immediately got involved. That night RCSP Camera units set up cameras in the homes of the complainants. The next morning the cleaning lady was seen on video rummaging through her employers cabinets and jewelry boxes looking for valuables.

The next day one of the owners went to local pawn shops looking for his wife’s diamond ring and bracelet. Finally after hours of searching he found his stolen property in one of the shops. He immediately called the RCSP, and the dispatcher called the NYPD 101 Detective Squad. Det. Russo came down immediately to recover the stolen property. Sure enough the ID of the person that sold the stolen jewelry was the cleaning lady that was suspected.

Early Wednesday morning, RCSP units conducted a sting operation. They called the lady to give her work. As she showed up to the house to work the 101 Precinct Detective Squad was waiting for her.
Detectives took her back to the station house, they later confronted the woman with the evidence they had. A little while after that, she confessed to stealing the jewelry and selling it to the pawn shop.

In a smooth joint operation by the RCSP & the 101 Precinct Detective Squad they were able to take a perp off the street and get back stolen jewelry to its rightful owners. Charges against the woman are pending at this time.

However it is Erev YK and you are posting a video with a lady that is grossly and immodestly dressed and it is disgusting to show something like that. I think it should be removed.immediately
