Chassidim from Gur, Sanz and Slonim on Monday 19 Tammuz reported to an IDF induction center in line with the latest agreement made with the chareidim. The talmidim all received their first draft notice.

Gerrer and Vishnitz talmidim reported at 11:00 and at 13:00, they were followed by Slonim and talmidim from Yeshivas Beis Avraham. A second group of Gerrer talmidim will report on Thursday, 22 Tammuz.

Also reporting to the draft center was the head of the Vaad Yeshivos Rabbi Chaim Kaufman, who wanted to make certain military officials do not veer from the promises made to rabbonim.
