Aharon Yisayev HY�D, 32, and Reuven Viram HY�D, 51, were murdered in the terrorist stabbing attack in the Panorama Building in Tel Aviv last month.

An indictment was filed against the terrorist responsible for the attack, Raed Khalil, a PA (Palestinian Authority) residents of Dura, near Hebron. He was charged with a number of counts of murder and attempted murder. The details of the indictment explain that he decided to murder Jews and towards that end, he took a knife from a shwarma restaurant on the ground floor of the building and then began hunting for victims. He found them as they were davening mincha in a small shul on the second floor of the building.
