According to CNN, two US Navy sailors were found dead Tuesday morning in their hotel room in Tema, Ghana. The cause of death is being investigated by Ghanaian authorities along with the Navy and the Naval Criminal Investigative Service, the Navy said. The sailors’ names were being withheld pending notification of relatives.
