3:10PM EST: The National Weather Service has issued a Severe Thunderstorm Watch for most of the Tri-State area until 10 p.m. Wednesday. Forecasters say there is the potential for hail up to 1.5 inches in diameter, thunderstorm wind gusts to 70 mph and dangerous lightning are possible in these areas.
