A man has been struck and killed by a New York City subway train. NYC Transit says the incident is causing service disruptions on the R, N and W lines. Authorities say the accident occurred at 11:17 a.m. Tuesday at the Lexington Avenue and 60th Street station. They have no information on how the victim came to be on the tracks.
