11:00PM EST: Catskills Hatzolah is on the scene of an overturned vehicle (a tractor-trailer) on the westbound NYS Route 17 near Exit 113. There are reportedly multiple vehicles involved in this incident, and victims heavily entrapped in the vehicles.

Numerous Hatzolah Paramedics are responding as well as multiple ambulances have been dispatched.

A Medevac has been placed on standby.

UPDATE 11:10PM EST: Route 17 has been shut down in both directions. Expect delays in the area.
