4:30PM EST: Lakewood Hatzolah is on the scene of a pedestrian struck by a vehicle on Powderhorn & Flintlock.
Arriving units have requested Paramedics to respond.
The patient will be transported to the Jersey Shore Trauma Center in unknown condition.
