Starting Thursday night the region could experince the first real signs of winter: Snow.

Snow showers could begin in parts of Sullivan County and some higher elevations with snow accumulations possible as lows drop around 30.

Snow and rain showers are possible for Sullivan, Orange and Ulster counties on Friday with additional light snow accumulation.
