‘Banished’ Reveals Disengagement For What It Was

The book “Banished” (in English), written by retired Supreme Court Justice Tzvi Tal now appears in the Gush Katif Museum in Jerusalem, part of the growing display of the tragic events that resulted in uprooting Jews from their homes in Gaza and northern Shomron by the administration of Ariel Sharon.

In his book, the former Israel Supreme Court justice explains that the move simply defies the most elementary civil rights of citizens, and the disengagement is simply a crime that one may not forgive. Today Tal explains in his book, we are all aware of the foolishness of the Disengagement Plan, adding that today, we are all aware of the consequences of the implementation of that government policy.
