A new monetary beis din was opened in Ashdod, part of the Mishpat Shalom system. The event was held on Sunday, 25 Tishrei, attended by chief rabbis of Rishon L�Tzion, Ashkelon, Ashdod, and Nachal Sorek region communities. Also present was Chief Rabbi Yona Yechiel Metzger Shlita and Rechovot Chief Rabbi Simcha HaCohen Kook Shlita.

The Chief Rabbi of Ashdod and president of the local beis din, HaGaon HaRav Yosef Sheinin addressed the tzibur in attendance, emphasizing the need and importance of establishing additional monetary rabbinical batei din around the country. �It is a matter of Hereg V�al Ya�avor� explained the rav.
