An Arab male armed with a knife, on his way to perpetrate a terror attack, was apprehended on Monday 29 Menachem Av with the knife on him.
B�chasdei Hashem he was taken into custody during the afternoon hours near Kikar Chatmar in the Shomron. There were no injuries.
