An El Al 737 with 100 passengers on board traveling from Ben-Gurion International Airport to Brussels landed in Budapest on Sunday, due to technical issues pertaining to the planes fuel system that compelled the unscheduled landing.
The plane took off at 21:50 and was scheduled to touch down at 03:15. El Al technicians in Budapest addressed the faulty valve and the plane was scheduled to return to service after the repair.
