A border police spokesperson announced on Wednesday morning19 Cheshvan, that the alertness of Border Police prevented a terrorist attack at a Machpelah inspection station.
Border Police noticed a PA (Palestinian Authority) resident trying to enter the complex without going through the inspection station. He was instructed to stop and pass the metal detectors.
Police found the 17-year-old PA resident was concealing the knife seen in the accompanying photo. Bchasdei Hashem, there were no injuries to the intended victims. The PA resident was taken into custody.
