Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu explains Israels beef is with the Governments of Iran and Iraq, not the people, and therefore, Israel is offering assistance following the earthquake that struck them earlier this week.
Mr. Netanyahu has instructed the International Red Cross to intervene and offer humanitarian aid from Israel, but the assistance was rejected.
