Jerusalem Police Chief Prevents Terrorists Conference In Eastern Jerusalem Hotel


The Jerusalem District Police Chief signed an order forbidding a conference organized by a terrorist organization that was planned to take place Thursday, 21 Adar, at the Rivoli Hotel in eastern Jerusalem.

Jerusalem Chief Yoram Halevi signed an order to prevent the holding of a conference by the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine, scheduled for the Jerusalem venue. Halevi received intelligence information that the event was planned in the hotel, resulting in his signing the order banning it. The order was issued under the authority of the District Chief pursuant to Section 69 of the Anti-Terrorism Law of 2016.

A police force was sent to the hotel to make certain the event did not take place.
