The candidates for the post of mayor of Jerusalem are sprouting like mushrooms after the rain, and now another candidate is joining: MK Nachman Shai of the Machane Tzioni party and a former IDF Spokesman, during the First Gulf War in 1991.

According to a report filed by prominent journalist Amnon, with his expected entering the mayoral race, Shai will be moving from Mevasseret Tzion to Jerusalem.

Commentator Amit Segal stung Shai and chirped on Twitter: “Jerusalem will benefit from Nachman Shai’s candidacy.” Arnona for half a year is no small matter.
