BD”E: Officials at Jerusalem’s Shaare Zedek Hospital report on Wednesday, 20 Menachem Av, that the one-year-old child who drowned in a pail of water in the family’s Jerusalem home, in the Romeima neighborhood, was niftar earlier in the day.
EMS was summoned during the evening hours, and CPR was started immediately, as the child was found in cardiac arrest. The child’s condition was listed as critical when admitted to the hospital.
The hospital’s spokesperson’s message includes tanchumim, condolences to the bereaved family.
A name was not released.
