Is Winograd Report being Ignored?

olmert 2.jpgAccording to Prof. Yehezkel Dror, a member of the Winograd Commission that investigated government performance in the Second Lebanon War, the main recommendations of the commission are being ignored, telling the Knesset Audit Committee on Monday there are people seeking to bury the report. When asked who these people are, he replied he does not know.

That being the case, the professor did elaborate, stating the six major points of the commission are not being implemented as they need to be, or they are being totally ignored.

This includes the failure to rebuild the National and the need to reassess the nation’s security situation.

Dror also stated that while some progress has been made, the army has not yet adequately rebuilt the Homefront Command.

Also appearing before the committee was Cabinet Secretary Ovad Yehezkel, who denied Dror’s allegations, stating the commission’s recommendations are indeed being implemented.

  1. My friends, don’t fret, quite the contrary, laugh and giggle. Much like Rebby Akiva who laughed when the fox scampered from the ruins of the Bais Hamikdosh. All of these tribulations have been forewarned by the neviim hakedoshim.
Gam zeh yaavore. The final geulah can’t be that far away. Idiots like the has-been irreligious zionists are just temporary gate keepers. Ben Dovid avdaCho yavo veyigaleinu…

HA HA HA HA HA HA

  2. Erev Rab Zera Amalek. They don’t care about “reports” “accountability” or the so-called “truth”. That’s for the “little people”, not power mad dictators.

  3. OF COURSE it is being ignored. Left-wing govts in Israel usually accomplish much less via withdrawels and giving up land….so lets keep the schmoos in office.
