SECURITY/DEFENSE:

*IDF soldiers involved in counter-terror operations in Yehuda Saturday night arrested a wanted suspect in Bet Lechem. No injuries.

*An Israeli mistakenly entered into PA-controlled Ramallah on Saturday night. He was taken into custody by PA police and turned over to IDF authorities.

*A wanted suspect was apprehended by IDF at Tapuach Jct. on board a bus. He is believed involved in terror activities.

*Swastikas were spray painted on pictures of Merkaz HaRav terror victims in Jerusalem.

*Mortar shells fired at southern Israel on Sunday afternoon landed in the border fence area.

*Terrorists fired at an IDF patrol along the Gaza border on Sunday afternoon. Soldier’s returned fire hitting at least one gunman. No injuries reported among soldiers.

*PA: IDF shell kills 5-year-old in al-Bureij Camp in Central Gaza.

*Mortar shells fired from Gaza landed near the border fence in the Kissufim area on Sunday evening. No injuries.

*An explosive device was detected and neutralized without incident between Neguhot and Adurayim in the Chevron Hills area.

POLITICS, DOMESTIC & MORE:

*World Health Organization officials reported a 19-year-old male died of bird flu in Egypt on Friday night, bringing the number of fatalities in Egypt from the illness to 21.
