Over 7000 Visitors Arrive at Jewish Quarter Sites the First Days of Chol Hamoed Pesach

Jerusalem Old City Jewish Quarter tourism officials reported on Tuesday morning that over 7000 people have packed the sites of the Jewish Quarter in Jerusalem over the past two days, enjoying a variety of activities on the sites, including the Burnt House, the Herodian Quarter and the Churva Shul.

Saar Barkai, Director of Tourism Quarter, notes that “thousands of families have already benefited from activities operated by the Company for Rehabilitation and Development of the Jewish Quarter” added “the sites are suitable for any weather.”

This year, Pesach began with unseasonably cold and rainy weather.

Saar added, “I invite all the people of Israel to come and enjoy almost free activities in the coming days.”
