VIDEO: Police Nab Vehicle Transporting PA Illegals Into Jerusalem


Border police officers operating in the Jerusalem Envelope area arrested a resident of Jerusalem in her 40s who tried to smuggle Palestinians, illegal aliens, into Israel.

An multicount indictment was filed against the driver for the three instances in which she tried to smuggle illegal aliens, and she was ordered remanded without bail pending the outcome of her trial.

The activities of border police soldiers in the Jerusalem area focus, among other things, on thwarting the attempt by Palestinians to sneak into Israel illegally. This activity is carried out along the security fence and at the crossings.

On May 7, 2019, border police in the a-Zaim Checkpoint noticed the vehicle belonging to the Jerusalem resident, with two minors seated in the rear.

Police learned she picked up four illegals in Anata, parents and two minor children, who are not permitted into “Israel proper”. The parents were stuffed in the trunk and the children in the rear. She received NIS 700 for transporting them. Police also report that she has been apprehended driving illegals into Jerusalem, citing in June 2018, she was caught and that time, she received NIS 250 for transporting two Palestinians.
