A major Israel Air Force training event scheduled this week will be held as planned. A number of training events have been canceled due to budget cuts. Air force officials’ stress this is a routine training event and it isn’t connected to recent current events and ongoing regional affairs.

During the days of the training event military aircraft will be seen over Israel and increased activity will be seen around Patriot, Iron Dome and other missile intercept batteries around the country as well as an increase in ground military vehicles operating in different areas.
