Poll Shows Both Likud And The Blue & White Parties Are Down


A poll carried out by the Midgam Institute shows that if elections were held today, both the Likud and Blue & White parties would only earn 29 seats. In previous polls a number of weeks ago, the parties earned several more seats.

The new poll shows the two leading parties are ties, and neither bloc has sufficient votes to establish a coalition government.

Labor/Gesher 8

Shas 7
URWP 4
Meretz 4
Democratic Israel – does not enter Knesset (poll was prior to agreement between Democratic Israel and Meretz)

Right-wing/chareidim 56
Left-wing/centrist 54
Lieberman and his Yisrael Beitenu party remain the key party, now with 10 seats, as he climbed from nine seats in the previous poll.

Who is most suited to serve as prime minister?
Netanyahu 41%
Gantz 30%
