Gantz Calls on the Likud Party to Replace Netanyahu

The leaders of the Blue & White party on Monday spoke out, with some calling on the Likud party to appoint a new leader, and some speaking directly to Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu, who they insist must step down.

Gantz tweeted, “Have we been elected to deal with security and education, or were we elected to deal with Prime Minister Netanyahu’s [legal] situation? Remember, you are continuing the leadership of great leaders such as [Menachem] Begin and [Yitzchak] Shamir, leaders who always knew how to place the good of the nation ahead of personal and party interests.”

Gantz’s words were echoed by the party’s number two man, MK Yair Lapid, who said that PM Netanyahu is no longer suited to lead the nation and most step down.

The party’s number three man, MK Moshe Ya’alon, a former Likud Defense Minister, turned to his former political colleagues with the same message.

  1. make the choice
either find someone from among their Camp such as Sa’ar
or Bennett or someone or Katz or the country may do worse and pick one of the name mentioned

  2. none of the clowns from Blue and White are eligible to be lecturing. I don’t see that they have the best interests of the country in mind. They want power – that’s it.
