Following the deaths of two Greater Sderot Area residents in recent days, Shula Katz HY”D and Jimmy Kedoshim HY”D, coupled with last week’s rocket attack at Chutzot Shopping Center in Ashkelon that sent some 100 to hospital, leaders of Gaza perimeter communities will be convening in Ashkelon on Sunday to discuss the deteriorating and intolerable situation.

The leaders will decide on a plan of action in the absence of a legitimate IDF response to the ongoing and escalating terror. “There is always another reason why the IDF cannot do what needs to be done,” said Ashkelon Mayor Roni Matzri. “Our leaders continue to find excuses why they should not deliver a winning blow to those who continue to target innocent civilians,” the mayor added.
