Syrian Minister of Information Muhsen Bilal on Thursday night released a statement rejecting Israel�s preconditions for negotiations as per Foreign Minister Tzipi Livni.

Livni stated the Syrians must break away from Hamas and Iran.

In an interview with the Arab satellite news station al-Jazeera, Bilal stated that from Israel�s part, Jerusalem has already committed to withdrawing to the pre-June 1967 Six Day War boundaries.
