According to senior PA officials Dr. Saeb Erekat, Foreign Minister Tzipi Livni and PA Chairman Mahmoud Abbas (Abu Mazen) will be hosted in Washington towards month�s end by Secretary of State Dr. Condoleezza Rice.

Rice met on Wednesday with a PA delegation as she continues to pressure Israel and the PA towards signing a peace agreement before the end of the term of the current Bush-led administration.

According to Erekat, the senior officials will begin a three-day summit in Washington on 30 July, with each side bringing a negotiating team towards moving ahead in the stalled talks.
