IDF spokesperson Daniel Hagari told the press on Wednesday morning that Hamas terrorists intended to conquer Gaza border communities and occupy them – not just attack them and return to Gaza.
“We drove them back to Gaza in our counterattack except for some who remained and we’re still pursuing them,” he added.
“In the last two days, they haven’t crossed the security fence. They were killed on the fence – there are hundreds of bodies of terrorists in the area that haven’t yet been removed.”
Hagari also confirmed that over 1,200 people in Israel were murdered or fell in battle since the Hamas assault began and that Hamas launched over 5,000 rockets into Israel.

Do they ever run out of rockets? The Israelis should have made sure the רשעים don’t have rockets, but that wouldn’t have sat well with liberal Israelis and the international community.

The IDF hasn’t the foggiest idea of what Hamas wanted to do. The top commanders of the IDF were feed lies and they believed lies. Now they are trying to feed us more lies so we think the IDF is great.
YES, our soldiers are great, they are messiras nefesh, but our top commanders are failures and we need to get better top heads in.
