Likud MK and former UN ambassador to the UN Danny Danon spoke to i24 News about the need to eliminate Hamas in the wake of the unspeakable atrocities its terrorists perpetrated.
Danon said that even if Israelis will have to spend prolonged periods of time in bomb shelters, the war against Hamas will continue.
He added that it wasn’t only “Hamas terrorists” who perpetrated the assault, saying that the terrorists were the first to enter Israel but then “ordinary people came from Gaza into the communities and committed atrocities.”
“Since the days of the Holocaust, we haven’t seen such horrible pictures,” he said.
Danon added that unfortunately more horrible pictures will be exposed. “We’re slowly exposing the information – it’s beyond the imagination.”
“We are fighting pure evil,” Danon asserted, “and I expect the international community to support us all the way.”
