Shomron residents on erev Shabbos began rebuilding the Shvut Ami outpost which was destroyed by border police earlier in the week. A number of people spent Shabbos in the outpost, which they vow to continue rebuilding every time security forces are sent to dismantle it.

Authorities arrested a number of people last week in connection with an alleged arson attack against an Arab field near the outpost, which is being blamed on settlers.

Daniela Weiss was sent to house arrest until Sunday. Shosh Shilo was confined to her community. A number of girls were released on bail and the males were held in jail, remanded until Monday.
