The Jewish Agency for Israel has instructed all of its facilities around the world to move to a heightened level of security coinciding with Yom Kippur. The security precaution is in response to credible terror warnings.
 
Just a number of weeks ago, Galei Tzahal (Army Radio) reported a joint forum was established between the Jewish Agency and the government which will convene in the event of a terror attack against a Jewish institution.
