The Houthi terror group in Yemen confirmed on Thursday that Houthi Chief of Staff Abd al-Karim al-Ghomari, who was critically injured in an Israeli attack on June 12, died of his wounds.

According to a statement from the Houthi armed forces, Al-Ghomari was killed “as part of his jihadist activity.”

Israel targeted him during a khat-chewing session.

According to some sources, he was also one of the targets in the Israeli strike on Houthi government leaders on August 28.

The dramatic and intense attack killed Ahmed al-Rahawi, the prime minister of the Houthi government, and almost all the members of his government.
