The IDF launched airstrikes in the southern Gaza city of Rafah on Sunday morning after terrorists opened fire on Israeli forces operating in the area.

The IDF has not yet issued an official statement on the latest incident.

On Friday, several Hamas terrorists reportedly surfaced from a tunnel in the Rafah area and fired at Israeli soldiers. Baruch Hashem, there were no injuries in that attack.
