Justice Ministry Probing Police Violence After Yasam Officer Filmed Beating Chareidi Youths in Jerusalem

The Department for Internal Police Investigations (DIPI) has launched an investigation following the release of disturbing footage showing a Yasam riot police officer violently striking Chareidi youths during disturbances in Jerusalem last week.

A Justice Ministry spokesperson confirmed that multiple videos of the incident were submitted for review, backing an earlier i24 News report.

The footage, which has circulated widely in recent days, appears to show an armored officer chasing and repeatedly beating Chareidi youths with a baton, forcing them up a staircase and into a building.

The clashes erupted last Thursday after the arrest of a local youth, following an incident involving a municipal parking inspector. The confrontation quickly escalated, with 13 police officers reportedly injured and a police vehicle overturned.

According to Hebrew media reports, police later realized the original suspects were draft dodgers and sought to transfer them to the Military Police — a detail not mentioned in official police statements. Police used stun grenades and tear gas to disperse the crowd.

  2. Joseph Goebbels,

You should be tuned over to Germany for prosecution as an anti-Semitic Nazi, just like your close relative was. You’re certainly not Jewish!

  3. DrYidd Zionist:
In the Jewish faith, Jews who are not bichlal amisecha do not enjoy any of the benefits of being Jewish, but they certainly will rot in hell for their assaults against Jews.

  4. micro,

Seems like you’re loath to call out the NK scum you constantly defend for their vile behavior against the Gado Hador. That’s because you worship the false god of anti-Zionism which only gave you one commandment.
