IDF Homefront Command officials on Monday will begin distributing flyers and explaining protocol for response to a rocket attack to residents of Gadera, Yavne, Beersheva, and the surrounding areas.

Homefront Command officials report they are far better prepared than was the case in the Second Lebanon War, having learned from the Winograd Report and subsequently implementing the changes recommended in the report that critiqued the operation of the government and IDF during the war.
