18:29: Explosion heard in Netivot.

18:30: Heavy air force bombardment of Philadelphi Route in Gaza. Over 20 fighter planes taking part in the operation in an ongoing effort to destroy the underground weapons tunnel system.

*460 people have been killed on the nation’s roadways to date in 2008.

19:02: Another Katyusha rocket lands in Ashdod. Hysteria victims reported.

*Retired IDF Brig.-Gen. Avigdor Kahalani pointed out on Tuesday that when one views footage of IAF strikes in Gaza and one sees acrid black smoke emanating from the target, that signals there were munitions in the targeted structure.

19:13: Rockets heading in the direction of Nir Oz.

19:24: A number of firebombs hurled at vehicles near Betar Illit on “detour road”. No injuries reported.

19:24: Color Red incoming rocket alert in Sderot. No injuries Baruch Hashem.

*Many chareidi and other families are leaving Ashdod. A rocket landed in the heart of the chareidi area on Tuesday evening. There is a growing sentiment of hysteria.

19:49: Rocket hading towards Ofakim.

19:57: Color Red alert sounding in Sderot once again.

20:02: The IAF hits a truck carrying Katyusha rockets in Gaza.

20:06: Arabs in Lod attacked police with rocks as they were responding to an accident in the city.

20:10: Rockets land in Ashkelon. Baruch Hashem, no physical injuries. Shock victims being treated.

20:13: Rockets heading to Nachal Eshkol area.

*Warning sirens did not sound today in Rahat, Netivot and surrounding areas due to malfunction.

20:58: A Katyusha rocket is fired towards Beersheva. Sirens sounding in Ofakim as well.

21:40: Two rockets land in the Ofakim area. No injuries are being reported.

21:44: A Kassam rocket lands in an open area in Tifrach. No injuries reported.

21:45: A Kassam rocket lands in Ashkelon. At least one Katyusha heading to Beersheva.

21:48: Officials report some 800,000 people under attack as Hamas expands its strike range.
