**In an earlier attack in Ashkelon, one man, Lee, stopped his vehicle and he and his daughter ran for cover in a building. Seconds later, the rocket hit his vehicle and a nearby building, resulting in heavy damage. An adjacent building in which there were a number of children was also hit. Baruch Hashem, the children were in safe rooms.

Yitzchak Ben-Dayan, who wears a kippa, explained that he missed death by a few seconds. He exclaimed this is not “coincidence” but “the open hand of Hashem”, thankful that he was able to get to a safe location in the measured period of time allotted.
