A sefer torah is being dedicated in memory of IDF soldier Gilad Zussman HY�D, who fell in the Second Lebanon War. The dedication will take place on the eve of Tu B�Shvat (Feb. 8, 2009) in the N�vei Shir neighborhood of Yishuv Eli in Shomron, home of the fallen soldier and the Bnei David IDF pre-IDF Yeshiva.

The event will begin at 5:30PM. Organizers report the sefer torah was donated by Chaim and Lisa Lifshitz.
