8:45AM IL: Police are preventing Baruch Marzel from entering Um el-Fahm, explaining to him they have intelligence information that by entering the Israeli Arab municipality, his life would be in danger.

Marzel is supposed to oversee the voting station in the Arab municipality, but local officials vowed not to permit his entry.

Filling in for Marzel is Ichud HaLeumi candidate Prof. Aryeh Eldad.
