Israel Railways officials are investigating what prompted a train motorman on Tuesday to ignore a red signal on the Kiryat Motzkin � Akko line. As a result, the train was almost involved in a head-on collision, which railway officials report was averted due to the system�s security feature which brought the trains to a halt in time. Baruch Hashem, there were no injuries.
