Beginning on March 28, 2010, Israelis will be permitted to dial toll-free 1-800 numbers from their cellular telephones too, currently not an option today. Today, a toll-free number may only be accessed from a ‘regular’ line phone, such as Bezeq, Hot, or one of the other providers.
