The PA�s (Palestinian Authority) Minister of Jerusalem Affairs, Hatam Abed el-Khader, was ordered to distance himself from Har HaBayis for six months by a Jerusalem Magistrate�s Court justice on Monday. The court released him on bail of NIS 10,000 bail after he violated an IDF order against him prohibiting from visiting the Temple Mount.

An indictment is expected to be filed against him in the coming days for violating the military directive.
