Arkady Gaydamak is Not Buying Tiv Taam

gaydamak1.jpgThe Haaretz News Agency is now reporting that Russian/Israeli billionare Arkady Gaydamak is not going to buy the controlling interest in the Tiv-Taam supermarket chain, as was reported HERE on YW. He is however going to buy a 10% stake in Enter Holdings, controlled by Amit Berger, for NIS 30 million.

Sources near the deal claim that the main reason Gaydamak changed his mind about buying the non-kosher chain was that the deal is more complicated than he originally thought, and he realized he wouldn’t be able to realize his dream, of transforming it into a kosher chain that would appeal to everybody.

  1. Don’t worry, everybody. I’m sure he’ll think of another good deed to be mezakeh es horabim. I don’t think good dreams like that go away so fast.

The responsibility of any journalist is to report the news. YW is simply reporting the news that he believes is of interest to the people that visit the site. Since it was originally reported that Gadymak was going to buy out the entire chain and is now not it was his responsibility to bring us the latest updates. Do you yell at CNN or FOX news for talking about 9/11 ? Do you think that they (or at least fox 😉 ) is part of the hijackers PR team ?

  3. Someone made it impossible for him to buy the Tiv Tam stores, hope he can overcome and rid the country of pork chops (at least some of the Muslims will be satisfied).
