Bichasdei Hashem, an two-year-old toddler was rescued from the waters of a Tel-Aviv beach after nearly drowning this afternoon. Magen David Adom medics rescued the child from the water, rescusitated her, and transported her to a local hospital in stable condition. (HNN)
