Police are evacuating Eshtaol and Mesilat Zion, moshavim near Beit Shemesh, as quick-spreading brush fires continue to blaze on the outskirts of Jerusalem. Law enforcement has closed Route 38 to traffic from Beit Shemesh to Jerusalem
