The IDF has restructured access to humanitarian aid centers in Gaza, operated by the U.S.-based Gaza Humanitarian Foundation. To stop Hamas from capturing aid, the IDF is implementing fencing, signage, new pathways, checkpoints, and enhanced surveillance.
