JPMorgan Chase has officially opened its new 60-story global headquarters at 270 Park Avenue, a $3 billion skyscraper that will reshape the Manhattan skyline and mark one of the first major post-pandemic office projects. The bronze-and-steel tower, designed by architect Norman Foster, replaces the Union Carbide Building and will house about 10,000 of JPMorgan’s 24,000 New York employees. At 1,388 feet tall, it’s now the fourth-tallest building in Manhattan.
