NYC ICE Director Ken Genalo spoke about operations in the city after Tom Homan said ICE will be active in New York. Genalo pushed back on criticism, saying, “People say if they’re only here illegally, why are you going after them? Well, number one, they’re here illegally, and that’s against the law.”
